2. Intellectual PropertyAll rights, title, and interest in and to Acorn Drop—including graphics, artwork, audio, visual elements, code, and trade names—are the exclusive property of KSI Games.
3. Limitation of Liability
Acorn Drop is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. KSI Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.
